Last night was the official trick or treat night in our town. Our friends the Maguires came over with their two little girls and we had dinner and then wen t out for some trick or treating. The kids all had a great time and even the two littlest ones got in on the act, they were both saying trick or treat (in a modified baby version) by the end of the night and holding out their bags. Bulldog ran house to house and tried to eat each piece of candy he got before it reached his bag, once he successfully opened a candy bar he was happy!! Bobcat had a bit of a meltdown when a masked man at one house scared everyone and after that he was ready to go home. It was so fun for all the adults to see the kids so excited and happy. Tonight our neighborhood will observe trick or treat and we are going to let the boys hand out candy, they are excited to see all the costumes. Buttercup is going with a friend to trick or treat again and have a sleep over.
